Can I chose My Delivery Date?
Yes, when placing an order with us, we will ask you to choose a delivery date and time, we are able to deliver to deliver to all parts of London, We do offer a free delivery service to our customer within a 5 mile radius from the UB5 area, (15p a mile after)however please so contact us for further infomation.
All orders over £100 will recieve free delivery. contact us for further information.

Are Your Cupcakes Freshly Baked?
Yes, All our cupcakes are baked freshly everyday, we only use the finest ingredients and free range eggs, all cupcakes are decorated by hand and packed in our special cupcake boxes.
Our cupcakes are make on the day of your chosen delivery date to ensure the quality/freshness is of a high standard that we set, and also to ensure that they are as fresh as possible when you receive them.

How Long Will My Cupcakes Stay Fresh?
By using the finest ingredients in all our cupcakes and no artificial coloring's or preservatives, your cupcakes we normally last 3-4 days, however to keep fresh for longer, store cupcakes in a sealed airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
Do You Personalize Cupcakes?
We offer the option of customising your cupcakes to your specific desire, any customization request must be requested at the time of ordering, so we are able to work with you to make that extra special touch be the WOW factor of your day.
(Unfortunately if you decide to cancel your order of personalized cupcakes any deposit taken will not be returned)
Lastly
Cupcakes-R-Us cannot guarantee any of our products will not contain nuts or traces of nuts. Our bakery' is not a completely nut free environment.
Orders over £50 require a deposit, which is non-refundable.
